At Six Twenty Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted, and biocompatible products. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary, and we have crafted a policy that is fair and transparent for our customers, while also reflecting the care and attention we put into every product.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products: You may return any unopened, unused products within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Opened Products: Due to the handcrafted and biocompatible nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of any opened or used items. Please review the product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully to ensure suitability before purchasing.

Why a 25% Restocking Fee is Applied

Given the luxurious and handcrafted nature of our products, a 25% restocking fee is applied to all eligible returns for the following reasons:

  • Luxury, Handcrafted Products: Our products are made with high-quality materials and attention to detail, which means that any returns involve significant costs, such as processing, repackaging, and the potential loss of value if the product can’t be resold.

  • Protecting Against Unnecessary Returns: Skincare products, once purchased, often cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety reasons. The restocking fee helps ensure that customers are mindful of their purchases, reducing unnecessary returns and helping us maintain the highest product standards.

  • Operational Costs: The restocking fee covers the costs associated with inspection, repackaging, and potential waste of products that cannot be restocked. Additionally, shipping and handling costs are often non-recoverable.

The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. This fee does not apply to exchanges.

Fair Warning & Transparency

We believe in being transparent with our customers. The 25% restocking fee is clearly communicated on our product pages and in this return policy so that you can make informed decisions when purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund without any restocking fee in these cases. Kindly provide photos and a description of the issue for quick resolution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unopened and unused product for another item, you may do so within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability, and no restocking fee will apply for exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.

  • Gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@kotstek.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us.

  3. Ship your item to the address we provide, ensuring that it is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email when the return has been completed.
