Returns & Exchanges

At Six Twenty Skincare, we craft small-batch products with care and intention. We've designed a return policy that's fair and transparent while reflecting the handmade nature of our work.

Return Eligibility

Unopened Products: Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Opened Products: Due to the handcrafted nature and hygiene standards of skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Please review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. This fee does not apply to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund with no restocking fee. Please provide photos and description of the issue for quick resolution.

Exchanges

Exchange unopened, unused products for different items within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability and carry no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you regarding approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Return Process

  1. Email info@kotstek.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We'll provide return instructions and shipping address

  3. Package item securely and ship to provided address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damaged or defective products.
